OUR SERVICES
At Simply Rugs we provide you with a fully professional rug laundry service from the moment your rugs are picked up until they are delivered back to you.
We wash, reproof and repair using only the best products and materials. We use RugSafe products to prolong the life of your rugs and give the best clean finish. We also cater for dog beds and your own jackets and wet weather gear.
New trade and personal customers always welcome.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY
Free collection and delivery service
We do not charge any extra for collection or delivery of your rugs, everything is included in the prices that you are given. We also do not require a minimum quantity of rugs that need to be collected, if you only have one rug to pick up, we will include you into our delivery and collection run, therefore not incurring any extra charges.
DROP-OFF SERVICE
Drop your laundry off in our Shop, and let us do it all for you.
If you would like to drop of your rugs to us and are in our area then we will be happy to receive your rugs directly at our unit.

We currently cover a wide area due to the number of trade customers and return to each area on a weekly basis. Our current areas include Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and London.

We currently have a large number of shops that provide a rug laundry service to their customers through our services. We have worked closely with our trade customers for a number of years and know that we can provide them with a 5 star service that is passed onto their customers making the process of taking in rugs easy and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We use a dedicated tagging and logging system that is tailored to each customer which ensures that rugs are easily identified.

PRICELIST
All our prices include collection and delivery. Your rugs will be returned to you folded and in sealed bags and all velcros will be cleaned free of charge.
Repair prices start from £5, and we are happy to quote for you before any work is carried out.
Payments are taken on or before items are returned and can be done via BACS, paypal, cash, or credit/debit card.
